  • Rats incisor teeth grow 5" per year and have to be worn down by gnawing on electrical, plumbing, wood, etc.
  • A single rat will produce 25,000 droppings per year and a single pair of rats shed more than one million body hairs each year. Leptospirosis is transmitted by rats.
  • Ticks have massive feeding habits and engorge themselves on blood, sometimes human blood. One engorged female can lay up to 5,000 eggs.
